Before we get into the zucchini recipes, as I said above, it is SUPER useful to know how to freeze your zucchini. Once it starts growing, it can get pretty out of hand and you can end up with WAY more than you know what to do with.

While you can give some away to friends and family, freezing is a great option if you love cooking with zucchini as it allows you to use it in your recipes all year long.
