  The guy infront ofme was told that because hehad anappointment, his vehicle wouldn’t take that long. When Iasked, itwas supposed totake a1/2hr. toan hour longer. Iaskedwhy? Hesaid they were backedup. Isaid, “I had anappointmenttoo. His response was asarcastic, “So.” Icouldn’t even believeit. Isaid, you told the guy that since hehad anappointment, his would bedone quick. His response tomewas, “I can’t help itthat itis the holidays and weare short staffed.”That didn’t make the situation any better.… – show

  I had a10am appointment for aoil change and tire rotation. Idropped the vehicle off around9:45am and informed the staff that Iwould pick the vehicle uplater intheday. They assumed that they had the vehicle until 5pm and when Icalled myvehicle hadn’t even been inthe shop yet and was told that they took care ofall ofthe other morning appointments. Iarrived at4pm topick upmy vehicle and itwas still not complete. Atthis time Iwas told that the vehicle needed aspecial oil filterand that this isthe reason that itstill wasn’t complete. Ifthis ishow they run their business daily, Ican’t believe they are still inbusiness.… – show

  Very unpleasant experience here. Icame for abasic oil change, ihad acoupon for the oil change tobe $29.99. Soi was prepared topay that plus change for taxes and whatnot. Atcheckout they tell meits going tobe around $79.00, they did aFull Synthetic oil change onmycar, and ihave never ever had aoil change like that done before. Itold them that, they said well your car needs thatoil… Idon't have lots ofextra money just sitting around tojust fork out that money. Now what would have happened ifi didn't have that extra money inmy wallet, they would have had todrain the oil and start over!!! Just soFrustrating!!… – show

  I called them ina panic not knowing exactly how todrop off mycar after getting ittowed, they assured methey they would get toit assoon asthey could and called mefirst thing the next morning letting meknow how everything would get fixed, they gave medifferent options and let meknow what the cost would bebefore Iagreed toit. Itwas quick and easy when Iwent into pay for itand since Igot abattery from that last year they gave mea discounted price forit.

  Awesome place put spare onhad nail inside wall. Ordered tires next morning had tires put onsame day tires they were ordered installed afternoon.. PLUS ONLY place that could get22.5inch tires right away.. highly recommend them....

  This place was very accommodating when anail forced meto get anew tire. The ability toget mein and back onthe road was top-notch. The only issue isthe level ofexperience ofthe service staff. When pulling inthe vehicle they pulled mymirror inmanually popping itout instead ofusing the button. They told methey have never seen avehicle with power mirrors before. Luckily Iwas able toget itpopped backin. Ifit wasn't for the “force it” mentality Iwould have had noreservations recommending this place.… – show

  Brought inbrand new aftermarket wheels and tires tobe mounted. Iasked specifically for stick onweights over hammer onweights asI didn't want mybrand new Wheels tobe damaged. When Icame topick upmy aluminum wheels they had hammered onweights tearing the clear coat off and marring surface finish ofthe wheel. When confronted about itI was told that this isthe only way todo itwhich isdefinitely alie especially because the face ofmy wheel isflush with the outside ofthe wheel and there ishardly alip onthe outside. Extremely unhappy and now Ihave four damaged Wheels which were brand new before Itook them toTires Plus.

  I didn't have any old tires tobe removed and Iprovided them valve stems inthe new wheels…Then ontop ofit all they charged mefor tire disposal and valve stems!

  I had aslow leak inone ofmy tires for several weeks, and had been getting byjust re-inflating. Itbecame more frequent soI just stopped into Tires Plus today asi was driving byto see ifsomebody could take alook. They worked mein immediately, and did not charge mefor the repair. Had meon myway ina half hour. Truly pleased with that kind ofservice inthis day andage. Wehave always been treated very well atthis location.

  I dropped off mycar and they called mean hour later totell methey didn’t have the (very common) tool needed tocomplete the alignment. Then the worker contracted himself 3xwhile trying toexplain why they couldn’t doit. Worst. Tire shop. Ever.
